(“Stitch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the www.stitch.care website and mobile application (collectively, the “Site”) and how Personal Information is collected, used, shared and protected. We Collect Data You Provide
Personal Information. You can visit the Site without submitting Personal Information. If you elect to provide data that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, we will collect, use, share, and protect such Personal Information pursuant to this Policy and applicable law.
Personal Information is required to use certain features and service through our Site, for example, to create an account, purchase products, contact us via email, join our waiting list, to receive or request data from us (e.g., newsletters), and to respond to communications from us (e.g., surveys and promotional offers).
Order & Payment Data. When you make a purchase on our Site, you will be re-directed to our PCI-compliant payment processor. Any information that you provide directly to our payment processor is governed by their privacy policy, not this Policy. Such information is provided directly to the payment processor and Stitch does not receive your credit or debit card information when you make a payment. However, Stitch does receive information about your purchase and your contact information (e.g. name, email address, mailing address, phone number). Stitch will keep a record of your purchases.
Marketing Communications; Email Opt-Out. If you provide your email address to us, you understand that we may send you emails, including marketing emails. We may use third-party providers to deliver communications to you. You may opt-out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at support@stitch.care with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications about your account or transactions.
Feedback. When you provide comments or feedback about our Site, the content on the Site, or feedback about our products ("Feedback"), we will not treat that Feedback as confidential, and we may use that Feedback for any purpose in our sole discretion so long as it does not personally identify you. Feedback will be used without attribution or compensation to you.
Data from Third Parties. Certain features of our Site may request access to collect, view, and analyze additional information about you. We may collect this information from third parties to make your interaction with our Site better. For example, we may request access to collect, view, and analyze specific Personal Information about you through your devices Health Kit to integrate that data into our companion app, for the purpose of offering you more precise daily support. In these instances, we will only collect, view, and analyze this data from your devices upon receiving consent from you to access this information.

Stitch is the sole and exclusive owner of such de-identified and aggregated information, including if Stitch de-identifies Personal Information so that it no longer considered Personal Information under applicable laws.
Children's Information. Our Site is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share Personal Information from children under 18. If a parent or legal guardian learns that their child provided us with Personal Information without parent or guardian consent, please contact us and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such Personal Information.
